- Assistance in determination of maternity benefit as per the provisions of the Act.
- To give proper guidance to the employee regarding medical bonus as per the provisions of the Act.
- Satisfactory reply to the show cause notice issued by the Inspector/Welfare Commissioner.
- Representing establishments before the Inspector.
